If you don’t wish to register online or are having issues, then you are welcome to call or e-mail us.

Deposits and Payment:

A $500 deposit is required upon your booking. The final balance is due no later than 60 days prior your trip departure date. Guests who do not make required deposits or final payment at appropriate time are subject automatic cancellation without notice. Any deposits from you are non-refundable. We will advise you of the date that the full payment is required once you have placed your deposit.

Travel Documents and arrangements:

It is your responsibility to ensure that all personal information of your travel documents is correct and to inform us of any errors immediately. You are also required to carry a valid international passport before traveling. A passport must be valid for up to 6 months past the date of return. Visa and other immigration requirements are applicable to your itinerary if required. We do not accept any responsibility in case of being unable to travel due to not complying with such requirements. For non-U.S. citizens contact the embassy of the country to which you are traveling to determine entry documents required to obtain a visa and ensure you can travel as planned.

Your documents (such as air tickets, final tour itinerary, hotel, cruise reservations) will be sent to you 14 days prior to departure once full payment is received or if you book before that time.

Please ensure that your  booking name will be the same as shown in your passport as airlines and some hotels do not allow name changes.

Travel Insurance:

We highly recommend to have travel insurance during your trip as it is considered an important part of your arrangements. We may be able to provide and arrange travel insurance for you. You may receive a quote through our travel insurance partner. We strongly recommend that you are covered for medical expenses at a minimum when selecting a travel insurance policy.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

If any major change by us or our suppliers such as hotels, cruises, and airlines involve a pre-departure, then we will notify you as soon as possible via the contact information in your booking. We will also try to substitute comparable services. If you find the revised arrangements we offer unacceptable, then you will have the option of cancellation without charge provided in case you notify us within seven days of your receipt of notice of the change and with a complete cancellation by us or a supplier.

It is the responsibility of those who have booked their flights themselves to check with the airline if they have any changes and inform us in order to rearrange your trip before your arrive to your destination according  to these changes. Check that any onward flights you have confirmed are operating as booked after you have already left the US. We recommend that you contact your airline at least 72 hours before the scheduled departure of your flight to do this. Please note that for some airlines it is mandatory to confirm with them your intention to fly.
