Booking Terms and Conditions

ANCIENT POWER TRAVEL AGENCY LLC.

Please carefully review the following Terms and Conditions (the Agreement) of Ancient Power Travel Agency LLC. This document serves as the contract for your trip and all related services.

By accepting this receipt and submitting a deposit payment, you acknowledge that youhave reviewed, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions for travel related services.

Deposits and Payment:

  • A $500 deposit is required to confirm your booking.

  • The final balance is due no later than 90 days before the departure date.

  • Late payments or failure to pay may result in automatic cancellation without notice.

  • All deposits are non-refundable.

  • Deposits secure your reservation and guarantee your trip price. We will inform you of the final payment deadline upon deposit.

    Travel Documents and Arrangements:

  • You are responsible for providing accurate information and ensuring your travel documents are in order.
  • A valid passport (valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date) is required, 
  • If a visa is necessary, it is your responsibility to obtain it.
  • We are not liable if you are denied travel due to incomplete documentation.
  • Non-U.S. citizens must check visa requirements with the embassy of the destination country.
  • Final documents (air tickets, itinerary, hotel, and cruise reservations) will be sent 14 days before departure, provided full payment has been received.

    Important: The name on your booking must match your passport exactly.

    Travel Insurance:

    We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. We can provide quotes through our travel insurance partners. At a minimum, your policy should cover medical expenses.

    Cancellation and Refund Policy:

    If there is a major change by us or our suppliers (hotels, cruises, or airlines), we will notify you as soon as possible. If you find the revised arrangement unacceptable, you may cancel within seven days of notice and receive a refund, if applicable.

    If you book your own flights, it is your responsibility to stay informed of any changes and notify us in time to adjust your travel arrangements.

    Cancellation & Refund Policy:

    • 90-61 days before departure: 25% of total price

    • 60–31 days: 50% of total price

    • 30–8 days: 75% of total price

    • 7 days or less  (departure): 100% of total price

      Note: Some airfare (international or domestic) may be non-refundable once issued. All deposits are non-refundable.

      Check-In Procedures

      Check-in times vary by airport and airline. You must check in on time or risk denied boarding. No refunds will be issued for missed flights due to late check-in or incomplete travel documents.

      Liability Statement

      Ancient Power Travel Agency LLC acts solely as an agent for independent suppliers (e.g., hotels, airlines, cruise lines, ground transport). While we aim to provide the best service, we are not liable for the actions, omissions, or negligence of these suppliers.

      You agree that Ancient Power Travel is not responsible for:

      • Service disruptions, overbookings, delays, or changes in itinerary

      • Natural disasters, terrorism, war, weather, strikes, or other events beyond our control

      • Injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property
